AUThis holiday home looks new, it's of the same brand of a nearby hotel. It's worth to book a triple room for extra space, it's clean, bed is comfortable, a/c and fan work well and quiet, wifi is good, shower is hot and strong. Our room is towards the back of the building so it's quiet at night. Both reception staff speak good English, they are friendly and helpful. Uber doesn't work in Kanyakumari, we are grateful that they helped order auto for us. One of them organised a taxi for us for a day trip at good price. This place is a little outside the main town but Kanyakumari's town centre is quite small, it's just a few minutes on cheap auto ride. It is approx. 10 minutes walk to the lovely Vivekananda Kendra and Vivekananda Photo Exhibition, which we enjoyed very much.
The window is frosted, we can't see anything outside. Anyway, we won't dare open it as it is not fitted with mosquito screen. Only a handful local eateries around, but an established one almost next door is good enough (with a/c too).

INThe building is very new and therefore the rooms are very clean. The staffs are also very polite.
Car parking space is too small and congested
INStaff was very courteous and went the extra way when we required services beyond their scope of work. Especially Arul at the Reception made our stay very Comfortable. If you are looking for a comfortable stay with all the essential amenities, you can definitely try. 👍🏻 Its a new hotel, we hope the services remain to be good for many years and not just a temporary thing. All the best.
