The property was beautifully appointed, clean, modern and centrally located. The host couple, Piero and Maria are wonderful - friendly and super helpful.

Fortunately Piero brought our luggage up and down, as there isn’t an elevator, so that was a non-issue for us as seniors.

Beautiful room with AC, very clean, nice facility, location is perfect. Hosts were super nice and helpful. Short walk to the free bus station to get to the terminal. We highly recommend.

The property is an apartment style accommodation, with no reception desk. The owner/managers greeted us personally and showed us our room, the common kitchen and balcony area. The rooms have been renovated with high end fixtures, and we had a very comfortable overnight stay. In the morning there is a light continental breakfast, provided before checkout. The hosts are very gracious, accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The entrance is not obvious. Find the doorway at #2 on the street, there is a small hotel sign on the right and a buzzer on the left side. You can call the owner also.

Location from a return trip on a cruise was very walkable. Also the Oceanside restaurants were literally just across the street which was fantastic.

Possibly some transit instructions and recommendations left in the room would be helpful. Not a problem but when travelling it can be helpful.

Perfect location for exploring Civittavecchia. Ideal for Cruisers. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria and staff. Excellent rooms and a lovely warm welcome.

Breakfast was certainly adequate for our needs. The owners/operators were amazing and went out of their way to accommodate us. The rooms were beautifully appointed and comfortable. Don’t be deceived by the apartment style exterior and lack of signage. Highly recommended!!
