Piero & his wife went ABOVE & BEYOND for my 78 year old mother & myself! Piero stayed in communication with me to ensure I received transfer from the cruise ship to FCO! 10 days after my stay, no less!! The lodging is in the perfect location, 15mins from train station, 15mins to cruise ship receiving tents ON FOOT. Less if you taxi. Property is extra safe with 3 levels of security & located across from 3 restaurants. The accommodations are EXTREMELY clean, well taken care of & relaxing. BEST bed I slept in on my trip. They also had the light tight blinds! Big Bonus since we were both jet lagged. AC worked great & showers were hot & clean. Thank you again Piero for being so great & providing such fantastic hospitality & accommodations! Ciao 😇

Maria & Pierro are wonderful hosts, the 3 rooms we booked were very clean & modern, and great location for cruise port. We arrived early & our rooms were ready to check in , the complimentary breakfast provided was very nice & much appreciated . Thank you.

Free breakfast provided. Close to Cruise departure port - walking distance. Also Civitavecchia was a pleasant location to explore for a day.

The cruise port is quite a distance from the airport and was a train strike on the day we arrived. However this has nothing at all to do with the accommodation.
