A/c is centralised but not working effeciantly...Even A/c repairing Person can't increase the flow So whole night is found saphocation... Hotel location is on the heavy traffic road so accessibility to the hotel is very hard Oveall Room Rent is not meet the requirement

It was a disaster. Was informed that there was no booking. Had to give them a printout of the booking confirmation from Hotels.com India. Everyday, for the 3 days I stayed, I received a call from the reception inquiring if I was checking out. While checking out, eventually, was informed that I have to pay Rs. 7,992.00. Again I had to pull out a printout and prove that the entire payment was already cleared.

Very comfortable hotel for business traveller

Nice location, right infront of fergusson college, all imp. places nearby. but the condition of the room not upto 3 star hotel, service not satisfactory, breakfast and food just above ordinary

two negative points. 1)They don,t provide napkins in the bathroom inspite of requesting. for the same. They expect you to use your bath towel instead. 2) there is no lift to the reception area from the road where the guest alights from the veihcle.. It was so difficult for me to climb the long stairs every-time i used to climb the stairs up and down as i am an old man with knee problems. overall good hotel for the cost .
