The Staff was the best part of our whole experience .

I only liked the activity (camel ride) to go to the camp and the music with fire.

I thought I made a great choice when booking this camp because the photos on Booking.com looked amazing compared to others. However, when I arrived, the reality was quite different. The outside didn’t match the pictures at all, it looked like they had just painted the ground to make it appear like a carpet. The inside of the room also looked nothing like the photos. The food was honestly the worst we had during our trip to Morocco. They had shown beautiful pictures of a dinner feast online, but in reality, we were served ratatouille with rice, three deep fried chicken legs, boiled macaroni, carrots, potatoes, and zucchini, all completely bland and tasteless. As for the location, the photos made it seem like the camp was in the middle of the Sahara Desert, but it’s actually outside the desert area, just like many other hotels nearby. For the same price, you could easily stay in a much nicer hotel for two nights, with better desert views and even a pool. To make things worse, they turn off all the lights at 10 pm which was actually the only nice part of the camp and also shut down the only charging area for phones. Meanwhile, the camp next to us was playing music all night, and we could clearly hear them having a great time.

The camp is stunning, perfectly located in the middle of the desert. Our room was comfortable and included a private bathroom, which made our stay very pleasant. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The bonfire atmosphere at night was simply amazing, a truly unforgettable experience!

The nights in the Sahara desert were magical, filled with music, laughter, and the vibrant spirit of Berber culture. The service was exceptional, everyone was kind, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. the experience was absolutely wonderful.

Ci siamo divertiti tantissimo, sia durante l'avventura in fuoristrada all'alba che durante il giro in cammello al tramonto: momenti davvero indimenticabili. La tenda era spaziosa e ben attrezzata, con bagno privato, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno eccezionalmente confortevole. Soprattutto, l'host è stato di una gentilezza e di un'accoglienza straordinarie, trovando sempre il tempo di chiacchierare e condividere momenti con noi ogni volta che era possibile. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare per un altro soggiorno indimenticabile!
