Blue Heart Mykonos Up to 10 People Best Location

Proximity - 5 mins walk —to the beach and restaurants was fantastic

Very disappointing start to our trip to Mykonos — despite texting multiple times with Lena for all the details on arrival etc, we arrived exhausted only to find the villa trashed— dirty, half eaten food, underwear, trash everywhere. When we called Lena’s response was that the cleaners must not have shown up. We waited nearly 2 hours in super hot sun outside the villa sitting on our suitcases for the cleaner to arrive and finish. When I asked for some discount or something acknowledging this, Lena apologized but said her management would not be able to do anything. “These things happen”. Flat out poor customer service. Someone should have at least come to help us or bring some water to drink! So disappointing. Terrible experience.

Great location near beach, restaurants, bus stop, beautiful pool in courtyard, nice deck.

We found Blue Heart very clean, in fact cleaners came in each day to make beds, empty bins and clean floors. It had all we needed to make breakfast or prepare a meal, should you want to. It was in a great location away from the road in a private, well manicured complex. We saw people every day cleaning the communal areas. Although we didn't use it during our stay, the swimming pool looked very nice. The beach at Ornos and its bars/restaurants are a 5 minute walk away and in the opposite direction there is a convenience store about 10 mins walk away. We stayed in late April which is mid-season and found most places open in readiness for the summer. The host was great. She gave us all the details to gain entry to the property well beforehand and offered to arrange a taxi from the airport (which we accepted) as remember, there are only approx. 30 taxis on the island! It was a 10 min journey and cost 40 euros.

We didn't find anything to our dislike! We would certainly stay again.

Apartment was very cozy, location was great and amazing restaurant was right around the corner. I couldn't wish for a better accommodation :) And yet, our lovely and caring host full of positive energy might have topped all of those! Thank you, I hope we will return again :)
