Paseo Luxury House

Locatie ten opzichte van Playa del Carmen is eigenlijk het enige wat positief was tijdens ons verblijf.

- Vreselijke medewerkers - Kinderen mochten niet zelf op de gang lopen - Werden continu in de gaten gehouden door de camera's - Verzinnen regels om je uiteindelijk een boete te kunnen geven - Tegels in het zwembad liggen allemaal los - Zit zoveel troep in het zwembadwater dat badkleding helemaal geel wordt - Personeel intimideert, zelfs bij het vertrekken nog door de uitgang te blokkeren en een foto van je te maken - Appartement zelf valt ook tegen, bedden vallen bijna uit elkaar. Water loopt niet weg. Keuken heeft geen pannen, messen, glazen. - Lampen doen het niet, airco werkt niet. - In de straat continu politie controles, dus wil je het appartement uit dan weet je waar je aan toe bent

Great location, close to the ferry to Cozumel, the ADO turística station, and Quinta Avenida. A few blocks from the beach. Pool was great, could see the ocean and could see from the pool the performers at the beach climbing up the tall pole and coming down on ropes.

The rental is located within the Kaab South Beach condo building. Seems like some condo unit owners are renting their individual units through a different business name. The hosting lacked some attention to detail - no shampoo/conditioner, no drinking water, nail sticking out of the bedframe, nowhere to hang towels after using the pool. Difficult when the hosts are not onsite and are trying to rent the units out from far away. We were given a little pressure to leave early to help with a quick turnaround with the next guest. Could hear roosters in the early morning. Property has potential to be great.

The best thing about this apartment is the location; it's really good, very close to the Paseo Mall. Don't be put off by the proximity to the small local airport; it didn't bother us at all. The apartment is a decent size for either a family or a group of friends. The building in which it is located is new, and there is a nice swimming pool on the roof

Apartment maintenance should definitely be better. There were other issues during the stay, such as reconstruction work on the street in front of the building, which was carried out even at 3 in the morning. However, we couldn't fault the host for that, and hopefully, it will be over soon.

Our host was super nice and welcoming, she solved the issues we had with wifi immediately. The apartment was nice and cozy. We found everything we needed from beach towels to cooling gel to keep our water bottles cold while outside. The location was superb! Just a couple of blocks from the beach. The building was super safe! We certainly enjoyed the underground parking, it's super useful in this area.

Nothing major, just a couple of details: The street outside the main bedroom was too noisy. Also, we couldn't use the pool since there were people making reparations to the building.

Prpblems with WiFi. The pool is small and belongs to the whole 6 floors building, next to the street, In the morning, a rooster from the neighborhood wakes up
