Fantastic and spacious ground floor apartment only a couple of minutes walk away from the beach and 15-20 from the centre of Monopoli. Free parking and a large supermarket right next door, several good restaurants only a few minutes walk away.

A little noisy, you can hear people quite well from the adjoining apartments but nothing major.

The apartment is very modern and comfortable. I struggle sleeping away from home but the bed was perfect for me. It was firm but soft to lay on, not your typical hard Italian mattress. The decor is beautiful and everything we needed was made available to us. There is supermarket very close by as are restaurants and the beach. The host and his sons were very respectful, courteous and helpful in every regard. Prompt and responsive to all messages. We highly recommend this stay and host.

It was modern, beautiful, clean and perfect for a longer stay. Very well equipped from a washing machine to a sandwich maker and everything in between.

Butas erdvus ir patogus keturiems žmonėms, tačiau buvo kelios smulkmenos, kurias verta patobulinti – virtuvėje radome tik tris puodelius, nors bute gali apsistoti keturi žmonės, lauke trūko patogios vietos atsisėsti, orkaitė neveikė.

The location of this apartment was just a few minutes away from the next beach and about 15 mins away from the city which we really enjoyed. Also there is a new shuttle service from the beach to the city for free! The IKEA furniture is new and you can find everything you need. The host and their cleaning guys were very kind and they tried everything to make us happy. Wifi was super fast (about 600 Mbit/s Down- and Upload)

The price of this apartment is a bit too high as there are noisy construction works from the new building in the oppsite of the apartment. It seems the working process will last many more months to be finished. So be aware of some noise in the morning and under the day. Also you can hear other neighbours through thin walls under the day. Unfortunately the silicon sealing in the bathroom was broken so when you take a shower, the water flow under the toilet and stay there. This caused a bad smell. You should fix this anytime soon. The plants in the apartment are all made out of plastic – that was very sad.
