Great location. Very spacious. Good household facilities

The house itself is spacious, warm, well-decorated and relatively clean (except the kitchen surfaces and crockery and utensils which needed washing before use), and well positioned for fast access to the seafront. The two bedrooms on the second floor were pleasant and the bathroom was nice. We didn't use the sauna. The owner responded to my queries quickly. Outside the street is relatively quiet considering the central location and close to shops for supplies. There is WiFi, but in the form of a Skybox, which took some fiddling with to get going.

The description of 3 bedrooms is a little misleading - the third bedroom and the games/TV room are one and the same, and in there is a sofa bed which needs to be made up if you need the third room (however we did find spare sheets and used the duvet from the single bed on the floor below). There is only one game and it didn't work, so I guess you need to bring your own console. In the master bedroom, the curtains don't reach across the centre panel of window - there's only a net curtain, so you need an eye mask for sleeping. During the day, there was construction going on next door - the constant loud hammering drove us a bit nuts but luckily stopped at about 6pm. And the TV is in the dining room, not the living room, so we didn't use the living room at all, which is a shame because it looked comfortable. The free carpark behind the house was unpleasant - as we drove in a group of men were checking out the cars and there was rubbish strewn everywhere. We had to park on the street which is permit holders only for a while before we could get a spot in the carpark but would have avoided it altogether if street parking was an option.

Close to the beach front very good communication from the owner, clean and comfortable I would happily stay again.

Parking is abit horrendous but that's Yarmouth for you we still managed to get parked every night

We liked how we could walk to the beach and restaurants

We had a lot of trouble parking in the car park. The dirty nappies, broken glass and other things in the walkway. The neighbours smoking weed out the front of their property. The weeds growing on the front step. The oven not working (I know an air fryer was provided but not convenient). We didn't like walking to third floor to watch tv with a 1 year old. It would've been much better in the living room. We found a mouse trap under the radiator.

The property was very clean, the host was very friendly on the phone. The property inside was very quirky in a great way, it also had a sauna. The property was situated one block from the pier and beach. All the bedrooms were a great size and comfortable, it was a few minutes walk from the local takeaways if required. I would stay at this property in the future.

It was difficult to park due to being so close to the beach. There is a public carpark at the rear of the property and it is free but when we arrived there was a wedding taking place in a hall at the end of the carpark. The rest of the week was fine.
