Master bedroom’s shower did not have curtain. 2nd bedroom bathroom floor has a leakage somewhere as floor is constantly wet.

The location was good close to everything

The apartment is great

Problems with the card payment. Wi fi xidn.t worked. No respones from the managment at all.

Giselle was at the entrance with my keys, she was very kind and helpful. The apartment had an empty 5 gallon water cooler, should have had something in it. The apartment needs to be cleaned. I got bed bug bites, they need to check the mattress. The shower was good with hot water, the location is good if you want to be near the ADO bus station and about a 10 minute walk to 5th avenue and the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cleanliness

The apartment itself was very nice. It was spacious and comfortable. When I was finally able to meet with the rental agents, they were nice to deal with, but it was quite a process to get that arranged.

The kitchen needed to be better equipped. There were no pots for cooking, just 2 frying pans. The microwave did not work, the toaster did not work, there was one knife, no dish towels or dish soap. The email letting us know where the apartment was located arrived about 2 hours before we got into Mexico. In that email was the contact information and the address of where we were to be staying. I do not have internet access while travelling, so we arrived at the address that we had which was the rental office, not the apartment and it was closed. Fortunately, the security guard had a friend who knew where the apartment was located, and we managed to get in. It was not a good start to the trip. Housekeeping was hard to arrange. There were several extremely noisy full night parties over the 3 weeks that we were staying at the apartment, and nothing was ever done on the nights of the parties. We were in Mexico to do a very intensive cave diving course, and I ended up withdrawing from the course due to the lack of sleep, I am not happy about it.

- not very clear instructions on how to get a key. They send you an email that you need to pay in the office first. But the office closes at 5 PM. So we went to the apartment directly and there was a receptionist waiting for us. Also for checkout, they sent you instructions with 2 possible ways, saying that they will send you instructions later, but no email at the end. - WIFI was not working. There is plenty of WIFI networks we had a password to almost all of them but only one apartment was working. - rooms where not so clean as we would expect

Nice size for four people.Great having two bedrooms and two bath rooms. Ample closet space a bonus! Kitchen had panini. Sandwich maker which was a surprise. Our first large container of water was free. It was easy and cheap to refill again. Pool area was pleasant with a hammock and loungers. Large balcony with street view.

Pots and pans needed to be replaced.

It was all fine until the water shut off halfway through my last night…not having a functional shower, toilet or sink put a damper on things.
