UNO HOTEL

Awesome stay in Uno. Small dorm room but very comfortable. When I was there there were not many people so it was very quiet. Breakfasts were very good, the bonus of free spa every day was great. Perfect!

Everything. It was exactly what I needed that evening. Great restaurant, great rooms and overall set up. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. I was initially worried it might not actually be as nice as it was in the pictures, but it was even nicer than in the pictures.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at if you want to go to the Art Island Naoshima. It is virtually at the bus stop and train staion (for transfer from Okayama) and a short walk to the ferry terminal. The room and facililities are compact but very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpfull. There is a coin operated laundry which is great for travellers. There is also free access to a very nice onsen we really enjoyed. The included breakfast is amazing, and the food at the co-located Bluno restaurant is delicious and exceptional value. The Japanese restaurant at the onsen facilities is also excellent.

Great, modern, lovely hotel. Wonderful helpful staff who helped us understand getting the ferry in the morning to the island. Lovely food in the restaurant. Really great rooms and appreciated the little animal jellies.

Tout, localisation parfaite devant la gare et le port pour Naoshima. Propre, tout neuf, super bien pensé et aménagé. Meilleur rapport qualité prix de mon séjour au Japon. Je recommande sans hésiter.

La propreté. La disponibilité et gentillesse de tout le staff où par ailleurs les filles de la réception parlaient anglais ce qui est très rare au Japon. Les cabines sont comme des mini chambres et sont propres et fonctionnelles. Le Onsen à côté de l’hôtel est absolument génial et il y a aussi un très bon restaurant où tu peux manger de très bonnes spécialités à un prix vraiment modique. Dans le Onsen il y a aussi un centre de soins très complet, plusieurs salles de relaxation et surtout 3 fauteuils massants absolument déments ! J’en ai fait non stop pendant 48h 😂 sinon il y a aussi des free drinks genre tea et ice cream + crackers.

La Clim bcp trop forte à mon goût. J’ai du le signaler par deux reprises à la réception et elle a été baissée dans les chambres, mais dans la partie salle de bain c’était freezing ❄️☃️à en avoir mal à la tête! Je n’ai pas compris non plus le petit déjeuner (très bon et varié) à des horaires aussi contraignantes : 7-8 ou 9h tu dois obligatoirement choisir une de ces tranches alors qu’il serait plus simple de proposer un service continu de 7 à 10h ou au moins 9:30. Et puis si le check out est à 11h ce qui est un bon point, pourquoi envoyer toutes les femmes de ménage dans les chambres et salles de bain des 9h ?? Last but not least le port d’Uno est pratique pour aller à Naoshima et Teshima mais n’offre absolument rien sur place ! Ce n’est pas un spot ou j’aurais envie de retourner.
