Perfecte ligging voor Naoshima en Teshima te bezoeken! Heel chique en propere kamer, de bedden lagen super comfortabel. Het personeel was ook heel vriendelijk!

Als je met vrienden reist, zou een aparte badkamer wel handig zijn (ipv een wastafel in de kamer zelf) maar dat zijn details. Het was nog steeds perfect!

Very clean, organized and comfortable overall. The staff was friendly and communication was easy — everyone either spoke English or genuinely tried to help. Renting a bicycle was also simple and smooth, which made exploring the area much easier. The location is great and the hotel’s partnerships with nearby places were a nice bonus. I also found the daily price fair for the quality offered.

I misunderstood the listing and thought I was booking a private room with a shared bathroom, not a sleeping space inside a larger shared room with multiple beds. Because of that, you become more sensitive to noise — both from others and from yourself trying not to disturb anyone.

Breakfast was fine enough although next time I will save the money and go off to a local coffee shop shop or find a 7-11. I did find it a little perplexing that the espresso machine “doesn’t open until 9a” (when most people have already had breakfast). To get a strong cup of coffee I paid the equivalent of USD$25 - they charged for an Americano and then 3 shots of espresso. I struggled with the logic. Go and get coffee at Upinn - just across the street. Also check out at Ocean Village in town for dinner - great fish and chicken tacos and very reasonable with friendly owners.

This hotel provides great value. Even with the dormitory rooms, which offer spacious private cubicles, you get a free pass to the beautiful nearby onsen. This hotel is immaculate with good amenities and high end touches like pyjamas and the staff are wonderful. Located right by the train station and ferry terminal it is perfectly situated for a few days exploring the art islands. Thoroughly recommend.

Great value hotel for this popular area. Clean, modern, and stylish. I stayed in the female capsule rooms which were quite spacious and cleaned daily. The staff were lovely, shout out to Ally who was always such a pleasure to converse with! I also rented a bike with the hotel for the day I went to Naoshima, good price! Location for the port and station can't be beat but may be far for some food spots. Also, loved the near by onsen.

It was unclear how to adjust the temperature of the capsule rooms so it did get very warm at night.
