Very quiet nice peaceful

Everything was great

We phoned the property an hour in advance of arriving to arrange a meeting time, for the person to simply not show up. After travelling for 1.5 hours, we waited for 30 minutes, tried to call him 7 times, sent messages, but we were unable to contact him. We made the decision to leave as it was getting late and it was a long drive home. We then received a call 40 minutes later apologising and stating that he’d been working. The next day we received a phone call accusing us of using the facilities at the accommodation (hot tub), which was completely untrue. The property management is completely incompetent and unprofessional.

Secluded location. Amazing hut and absolute bliss. It was clean and the BBQ and hot tub cleaned and made ready daily

Nothing

The views were incredible with so much open space and sheep in the field in front. The hosts dog kept us company when we lit the barbecue and she was so sweet. The cabin was cosy and clean with everything we needed as well as free tea, coffee and sugar which was a nice touch. The hot tub was heated for us before we arrived and the host was very helpful, showing us where to go and how to use the hot tub.

The only let down was that the hot tub was quite dirty, but it smelled of chlorine so probably not much worse than a public pool. Wouldn’t say it bothered us too much and can’t complain with how beautiful the place was
