Haven holiday park Cleethorpes beach

The private caravan was as described and was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Hosts were responsive, thoughtful and keen to ensure we had a good stay. The caravan was far superior to the tired/dirty Haven owned van booked by our family members!

Excellent communication from friendly owners. Had a great night's sleep! Everything provided that you may need.

The floor and sofas were covered in black hair so I don’t believe the cleaning was done properly

Could not into pool. Also would not sale club tickets for one night You can only pay for 3 4 7 nights... And would have cost me £90.. So me thinking of taking my granddaughter away for her 16th birthday. Was going to be fun and laughs. We ended up in the caravan. And bed at 10.30 Which we could have done more if we could stay at home...

The seating area inside and out was large and spacious

Holiday home was beautiful.very clean and tidy.my brother and sister enjoyed too.after loosing our mum a year ago.so was a nice treat for them.As I had to tend to some work on a property.around the area.. Would love to visit again for a week.

Everything was perfect.no complaints

The property was very tidy and clean. Spacious living area and came with everything you’d need for cooking! My daughter enjoyed the selection of DVD’s. The whole caravan was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property.

The park is good and there was plenty to do

The caravan is in desperate need of a deep clean and a refurbishment. The sofa cushions were stained and musty, there was thick dust everywhere. The bedding was threadbare and bobbled and all the springs were poking through the beds. There was dog hairs on the bedding in the main bedroom, a used plaster in the shower, the taps were covered in mildew and the metal had peeled off and the mugs and glasses in the kitchen were caked in dust and grease.Even a glass coaster that had a kitchen roll holder on it, was so dusty, you couldn't have used the kitchen roll! I have never experienced anything like this. I had to clean everywhere and we came home a day early as we couldn't take it anymore. It's very run down and it really needs a deep clean and new sofa, beds etc. The location of the caravan is a good walk away from everything and right on the road leading to a bus stop, so lots of traffic going past, it's noisy all day and if you sit outside there is always traffic going past.

Clean and tidy and had absolutely everything we needed including glasses, crockery, tea, milk, salt, vinegar, dvds etc. we just used it for somewhere to stay while we visited family, so can't really comment on the haven facilities as we didn't use them. We would happily stay there again though

WiFi was a intermittent at best and shower was difficult to get to the right temperature. I believe it's plumbed in with the hot and cold fitted the wrong way round.
