BEgeographical localization is the not even a positive point as the non-stop noise from the street is not canceled by the really bad windows and makes it impossible to sleep.
the appartment was disgusting, the shower in particular. the bathhroom did not have a proper floor. the wifi did not work at all. it was impossible to sleep because of bad windows that do not stop the non-stop noise from the street. clearly an appartment to AVOID.
