* Giuseppe was very helpful, recommended places to visit, and made sure we are okay and we had everything we needed during our stay. I wish every host would be like that. * Flat had everything we needed * Central location and very secure * Big bathroom * Plenty of restaurants and attractions around I definitely recommend staying there if noise is not a problem for you 😊.

*The flat is above a busy restaurant and it's not soundproofed at all, to what was stated in the flat description. The restaurant is open until midnight, but it usually takes them an hour to clean etc and they don't do it quietly (e.g moving furniture, emptying glass bottles into bins, loud talking) etc. Unfortunately we were only able to sleep from 1 am to 7 am due to noise. * Lack of sink in the kitchen * Lack of see-through windows (apart from patio doors)

Excellent location, just a few steps to the opera house Teatro Massimo and the main street with all kinds of restaurants. And the host is very easy to communicate with.

We paid 20 euro a day for parking. The yard of the apartment is old and the staff who helped with checking in does not speak English.

Location is excellent. Giuseppe is an excellent host - very responsive and accomodating.

Steps up to the apartment (it's in an old palazzo) might not make it suitable for all travellers. Can get a little noisy at night due to its highly central location, but the fact that it is so central makes up for it.

The location is right next to the Opera House, very convenient. But it will be difficult for foreigners to drive into the city. The owner will respond to questions quickly.

The next day we reported to the owner that there were not enough toilet paper and coffee capsules. The owner quickly notified staff to deal with it. Although the staff came quickly, she kept explaining to us excitedly in Italian, regardless of whether we understood it or not. She even went into the bathroom to wash the coffee tray, regardless of whether there was anyone in there. She also told the owner that she had provided enough. But in fact, we originally only had two rolls of toilet paper. In the end, the three girls used four rolls of toilet paper in three days. I think this is not too much. There were only eight coffee capsules in total, which is not enough for one person to have one cup a day. This situation is really uncomfortable.
