Der Gastgeber war sehr zugewandt und freundlich. Das Haus war super, sowohl an der Ausstattung, als auch an der Einrichtung. Es wehte immer wieder ein angenehmer Wind durch das Grundstück, sodass die Hitze gut erträglich war.

In der Küche hätte es ein paar mehr Schneidebretter und scharfe Messer geben können.

The place was absolutely amazing overall, everything looked brand new, clean, the pool especially was nicely looked after, they provided so many basic needs that most owners don’t. The owner is a very friendly and nice person they made us feel very welcome.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The property was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Everything inside felt fresh and modern, with spacious bedrooms offering plenty of storage and high-quality finishes throughout. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The host was incredibly accommodating. Anytime we needed something, like new utensils or towels, it was provided immediately. They even offered to change our bedding during the stay. Bedrooms are a great size, and the beds are huge and comfortable. All the toilets and bathrooms were super clean, too. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Property was great.

The owner entered the property while we were sleeping. Made us feel very vulnerable, accused us of breaking air conditioning and then made us wait until engineer had been on the last day for over an hour, resulting in almost missing a flight. The engineer came and said there wasn’t an issue at all which is exactly what I was trying to tell him. There was problems caused by the wind when we left the villa and he tried to blame us. Nice villa but can’t really have much fun there as the neighbours complain.

We got the keys and complete run down of the villa from Andrea. We had everything explained to us, local supermarkets - everything and more that we could ask for. The villa was exceptional - it was described as "brand new" and indeed it was. The pool was brilliant, aircon brilliant, enormous beds - even the TV(s) left nothing to be desired - including BBC, Netflix. As a place Pirovac (about half a mile from us) is quietish - old & new houses live side by side, a reasonable amount of restaurants.
