Great location, nice suites

Cleaning was only done when we asked, and the food at the onsite restaurant was very over priced with small portions

Location ok, a couple of shops within walking distance and beach bars/clubs to visit. One venue near our apartment building had entertainment every evening which finished by 11. Bedding changed once while we were there, towels twice. Most staff were helpful and friendly and taxis were easy to get and plentiful. Beds were quite comfortable.

There were not enough loungers by the pool for the number of guests. The apartment seemed clean enough until I dropped something on the floor and while looking for it saw under the beds - filthy. Apartment not very well equipped with glasses and mugs. Restaurant very variable, lots of dishes not available and ingredients varied depending on what they had in. Macaroni cheese particularly bad. Sofa beds very hard.

We stayed there with our family in July 2025. Overall, we really enjoyed it — the location is excellent, our room had a view of the pool, and the hotel is practically on the beach, just a one-minute walk away. I'd like to highlight the hotel and restaurant staff — any issues or requests were resolved quickly. The restaurant staff was very friendly to us — we became friends with the waiters Teo and Hürrem, and the manager Adem. Thank you so much, guys, we’re grateful and we remember you!

There was one incident: when we checked into our room, we discovered a serious leak from the toilet. However, it was resolved quickly — we were given a better room in exchange. We were also very disappointed with the behavior of some hotel guests: early in the morning, they would reserve sunbeds by the pool with their towels, while not actually being at the pool for a long time. As a result, other guests couldn’t use those sunbeds. We kindly ask the hotel management to put an end to this practice.

Dephne Residence is simply amazing. The beach is steps away, facilities are awesome and the Alia Cafe is delicious. We rented 5 two-bedroom apartments for 22 people and it fit us just right. Each apartment comfortably fits a full family with kids or ~4 adults. The Apartments are clean, nice, well maintained and very comfortable. The reception staff is also very helpful in organizing every activity or tour you can imagine - and at a great price point! But best of all is Alia Restaurant - the food, beverages and deserts were delicious, and the price is very good.

Sometimes food orders to the room would take too long, but we barely used that option (only when not able to step out due to sleeping baby). The cafe was just a few steps away, and we enjoyed the interior experience of it.

Room was fab. 2 bedrooms with kitchen and washing facilities. I liked this as we could wash towels etc as the rooms are not regularly serviced. But that’s part of the deal.

We really enjoyed our stay at Defne suites, but the main thing that we didn’t like was the restaurant. It was pricey, and the male that ran it was odd. He would not allow guests to drink their own bottled water or anything else around the pool. He said we had to buy it. It was so hot I was drinking so much water I wasn’t going to buy it from the pool restaurant every time time when I had mine back at the room. It wasn’t like we were eating or drinking booze from outside, it was just the occasional water. We saw him reprimand a few guests over the same thing. It was just weird. Further to this staff walked around the pool offering tiny plates of a few pieces of watermelon/fruit etc, only to then 10 mins later came around with the credit card machine to charge you the 2 euro for the fruit. They also did this with other snacks. It wasn’t about the money we just thought it was sneaky, desperate and embarrassed people when they thought they were given a few pieces of complimentary watermelon only to have to awkwardly pay for it. The main waiter gave off desperate vibes. His staff looked unhappy and he looked like he was only interested in tips and making money. It was a very awkward vibe. Apart from the little man that checked us in late on our arrival saw no other staff the rest of our stay. Wasn’t a bad thing just don’t expect hotel service. It’s very laid back
