It was a very nice place

Upon arriving at the unit, we were not able to enter immediately due to the host giving us the wrong lock code. After we got inside, we noticed there was only half of a roll of toilet paper for our stay, no iron as promised, no toiletries as promised, only three large towels in the whole unit, and very insufficient kitchen supplies. We were unable to cook our groceries due to there not being adequate cook wear. The oven was left dirty with left over foil with grease and food. Most importantly, there were inebriated individuals loitering the property around our car at all times. During the night, we were continually woke from our sleep due to yelling, screaming, things being thrown off of the balcony, sounds of people beating on the walls, etc. There was glass smashed on the driveway, old food and trash thrown out everywhere outside. This was a very uncomfortable and unsafe dwelling.

Perfect place to stay

The room was clean and the management was friendly. The location was also an easy walk away from a good Asian grocery store. Plus, there was adequate parking under the structure for our vehicle. Nothing with a lift though.

All my contact with the manager was through text message. The listed phone number from booking.com wasn't correct, and I never met the manager in person. Not even in passing. Due to this reason, it took about an hour longer than it should have to enter the suite. I wish I knew where the office was, it would have made the process easier.

Location, cleanliness and kitchen supplies.

The stairs, parking, ceiling, placement of furniture. Don’t put a bed underneath an ac unit. Water damage cracks in ceiling and carport. Stairs unsafe and wobbly. Parking lot too small to park car.

So this review is a bit complicated because there was a mechanical issue with my original room. But they get five stars or more because the staff was amazing and upgraded me to another location without missing a beat. Things happen and how they handle it was fantastic. This might frustrate some people but that's not me. I got to meet Claudia and she is maybe the sweetest hostess I have ever met. The location was a bit further away than what I had expected but I got some exercise :-) everything worked out fine. Thank you so much Claudia and Stacy.

This really isn't a complaint but I would like to have been a little bit closer to my original location. That said the room was so much nicer and the whole space in general, I didn't even worry about this. So it's a non-issue.
