Cheap, staff were both helpful when I managed to find them (read below).

1) So hard to find any staff. No one is ever at the reception desk. Multiple times I had to run around the hotel shouting to try and get a member of staff to hear me and come out to help 2) No hot water! It’s freezing in Abbottabad and I had to take a freezing cold shower too which was very uncomfortable. 3) It feels very run down, I think I was the only guest staying at the hotel, maybe this is why the staff were very absent

Overall experience was very good, spacious rooms and great value for money

1. Non Operational microwave 2. Cleanliness of quilts 3. No hot water at night 4. Use of inverters should be encouraged instead of traditional gas heaters for heating purpose
