Staff not trained enough , no cleanness , parking area very bad, Car got damaged , breakfast not provided even though it was included in the price . Rather I was discussing the breakfast matter while standing at reception with the family . No hot water was provided in the morning when outside temperature 20 degree .

Good customer Service skills. Property cleanliness and staff helpfulness all superp. Give VALUE for money

Nothing to dislike.

The staff were very friendly. Simple but good breakfast (Paratha + Egg + Tea). Beds and bathroom clean. Location was nice, next to many restaurants. Secure parking, although access was a bit difficult as it was underground and the entry quite tight.

Just some small suggestions the owners could improve: The towel we got was dirty (some old hair on it) and the floor of the room was not very clean.

Helpful staff who really wanted to assist and help us. Very big 2 bedroom suite.

Room did not have a fridge.

It ws my third stay here and the quality of services havent dropped. Rooms were clean n comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My car battery got exhausted and the attendant immediately arranged the mechanic to help me out. The location is within the city so u can access all the amusements of the city easily.

The approach street is in very bad shape. For me as i was aware of the place didnt cause much trouble but any new customer will create a bad first impression. TV was not working.
