Room and pool area was lovely

The property is very isolated, the road to the property isn't picked up as a road on google maps and it's very tough to drive. The food could be improved, multiple items not available on the menu, one morning we asked to get our breakfast to our room , waited 1 hour and the food came out cold , we sent it back waited another 20 minutes and the same food came out and it was still cold. Stayed three nights and on the last night we placed our towels on the ground(which is the universal sign asking for towels to be changed) we came back and our room had been cleaned but the towels we had placed on the ground had just been hung back up .

The people is so kind and they help you with all your needs. The place is quiet.

The accessibility to the place wasn’t very good, but the staff helps you with the transport.

The hotel was very beautiful, and the interior was lovely - especially the bathroom! The breakfast was good, but it would be nice to have both coffee and juice included; currently, it was either one or the other :)

Sometimes there were communication problems with the staff - I tried to order a floating breakfast as it was presented in the hotel pictures, but they didn't understand my request. Additionally, the accommodation needed to be paid with cash even though the booking confirmation stated that it would be automatically charged to the credit card.

It’s the most beautiful one I’ve stayed in Bali so far. The room is clean and spacious and I love the outdoor bathrooms, you can take bath and watching the stars at the same time!!!! The staffs were lovely and very helpful. The food was nice too, I had chicken wings and it tasted wonderful! Overall experience was nice!!!

The road lead to the resort was a bit rocky. But they have pick up services at the harbor

I liked stay at the hotel as the room was neat and clean and there were everything which we want to have in our room. Awesome room service 24 hours, good environment and excellent location. Breakfast was really good. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the hotel. I recommend everyone to stay at the hotel and feel comfort as your home.

New and very beautiful place! They made the room very beautiful with the decorations and the open bathroom is really nice! Staff was friendly but a little slow on breakfast but that’s ok. I would give this place a 10 if it wasn’t for the electricity, it turned off quite often so the aircon went of and the Wi-Fi. They need to fix that and then it’s perfect 🙏🏽

It was very hard to find and we thought that the place didn’t exist at first. We helped them to move the google location because it was at the wrong place, so I hope google have changed it now! Other guests couldn’t find it either. The road there was hard on our scooter because it is very rocky, but it was also very beautiful to drive on it because you are next to the corn fields and nature. The electricity was on and off quite often.

The place is away from noisy streets, and close to nature.

This was one of the best places i stayed in in nusa penida. I have stayed in nusa for 12 days and stayed in many hotels and cottages, nothing compares to this one. Clean, fresh, quiet.
