Panorama II Villas

Panorama II villas are a bit quirky, they are two one bedroom houses. They are beautifully presented, extremely clean, well appointed and comfy. The outdoor areas and pool are lovely.

Beautifully maintained villa with a gorgeous pool and gardens and amazing sea and mountain views. Great service both from booking agency and the friendly team who looked after the pool and villa locally. Walkable to Stoupa (though bring a torch) and a short taxi ride to Agios Nikolaos. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Close to a fairly busy road. We didn't find it an issue but only used the villa closest to the pool.

The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped

The villa is not a 2 bedroomed villa as advertised. I booked it for a family of 2 adults & 1 child. On arrival we found that it is actually 2 separate 1 bedroomed villas and the host expected the child to stay alone in a separate villa ! Despite the obvious discrepancy between what I had booked and the reality, the host advised that they could not deal with my complaint unless we vacated the property (not quite sure where they expected us to go !). Horrendous customer service. That aside, the actual villa itself was lovely - if you’d booked a one bedroom villa. Location disappointing though - in the middle of a busy, noisy road, a building site and deranged dogs which bark / howl all day & night. Not the relaxing break we’d hoped for. Some safety issues with pool / pool surroundings & stairs in the villa which we did not point out to the hosts until we were leaving, given their aggressive attitude to our previous complaint.
