RSAs of 2024, the room is fresh and sweet, it also has a huge TV and a tiny kitchen. The breakfast is good and delivered in front of the building, so you should go outside to receive it.
No spa in the room - it's located on the basement floor and you need to book it beforehand. The room wasn't super clean - I don't know why it's a problem to clean the floor before guests' arrival. As to the rest - nothing to complain about.
