Firstly we booked this as a mini break away from the usual routine of the daily grind. As soon as we stepped inside the property we began to relax, the heating being on was a lovely welcome along with the box of biscuits and sweets left as a welcome gift. The property itself had all the mod cons required and was a home away from home, perfectly comfortable, clean and welcoming. We had our chocolate labrador with us and she settled in front of the fire and that was her in her element after spending time on the nearby beach at Beadle Bay. We used the property as a base and spent the days exploring all Northumberland had to offer and the evenings hunkered down in the cosy holiday property after visits to the local pub/ restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend Hook for Fish and Chips and The Black Swan for that special evening out but best of all if you are looking to stay in Seahouses, this is the place to stay it was absolutely fabulous.

The paintwork in the property was in goog condition and the property was clean. There was a lovely bathroom, clean cooker, comfortable beds. The property was situated within easy reach of the main street of Seahouses and the area, although in a residential area opposite a medical centre, was very quiet.

First impressions were disappointing with the side garden and seating area needing attention. On opening the door we were hit by the smell of the heating fuel and had to open windows throughout our stay. A lighting fixture had been moved in the dining area and the old position just taped over with black tape. We had a problem with the boiler cutting out which was frustrating but each time we contacted the property manager it was dealt with VERY promptly.

Lovely modern accommodation within 10 minutes walk of the centre. Clean and very comfy beds.

The location and facilities were fine apart from the heating, which did not function properly.

The timer and boiler were not properly functional.

Everything. Fab location and lovely little house. I frequent seahouses a lot, and will be staying again. Has everything you could want and need. Only thing it could do with is a mirror in the second bedroom.

Perfect location only 5 mins walk into the two. And harbour Everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful cottage

It was presented very cleanly, there was enough space for the two of us to be comfortable when we were in.

Would have preferred double beds rather than two singles put together - but we managed.

Fabulous location Property was well maintained, comfortable and all the facilities needed to ensure we had a great stay, like a home from home 😊. If we had needed to cook a meal during our stay the kitchen was so well equipped this would not have been a problem. Great outdoor space for the dog and safe parking for our car.

Everything was great, nothing to dislike.
