Great location, close to Myeongdong, Chungmu Station, convenience stores, traditional restaurants etc.. Shower slippers and shampoo/shower gel are given. Very responsive and polite manager/staff able to be contacted though a wide range of international messaging services (Line, Kakao, WeChat and WhatsApp). Washing machine, dryer and microwave available with fabric softener and liquid detergent. Straightforward to use washing machine.

No lock on bathroom door, when someone is walking and conversing past your door it's very easy to hear. Not disability friendly (no lift, had to carry luggage up 3 sets of stairs) Room is extremely simple with no decor. Just cream and greys walls. Towels are small hand towels, not bath towels. No housekeeping to change sheets, mop/sweep floors or empty bins. Not enough toilet roll provided for the amount of people staying, I had to go out and buy it myself. Bathroom drain started smelling badly after a couple days. Rooms need to have dehumidifiers as the duvet starts to feel damp after a few days.

Very good location and great accomodation. Highly recommended!

It’s completely new and there is still construction going on. I liked the neighborhood and I thought it was a good price.

it needs more information - e.g. Wifi password and not just the QR code because this doesn’t always work. Check in - out time should be mentioned in the room. Also, a bathmat would be very useful.

We arrived at the facility at check-in time and opened our door an hour later, if you choose this hotel, you will see that there is neither a lobby nor an interested person. When we called because he did not open our door on time, he threatened to make our reservation. In short, a business that prefers to make money the rude and easy way.
