Amazing views. Lovely clean apartment. Very well equipped

The hottub had dangerously high levels of chlorine. The pool is accessed via the owners villa so is not actually private

The property is lovely. It is clean and has beautiful views of the lake. There is a largely balcony with dining table, seating and relaxing seating (loungers etc). There is a hot tub on the main balcony. There is a (very) small balcony off each bedroom too. Overall, the apartment was a comfortable size for two adults and three pre-teens. Crockery and cooking utensils are supplied and you can pay for linen and towel, which we did. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker etc. There is access to a small pool, albeit via the neighboring apartment's garden. Any issues or queries were addressed promptly by the apartment management company.

The location is about 20 minutes walk (5 min drive) outside the town. There is no footpath for most of the way to the town. It would be difficult without a car, especially on the way up the hill. Also, it should be noted that the apartment has stairs to access it, so it's not very suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Please note, it's not correctly labeled on google maps, it's actually the next property along the road. We collected the keys in the town, again that was not quite correctly labeled on the information given. These are relatively minor issues however.

Great location, great view, excellent house arrangement

The mattress at the ground floor bedroom needs to be replaced.

Superb location, the views are amazing, having use of the pool is fantastic.

The shower doesn't have much pressure. Disposal of rubbish and recycling is complicated, something goes each day, but thats the Italian system, not the owners fault.

The apartment was fully facility. They left us some snacks and drinks which was a great couse we arrived late.

Stairs

Unmatched, spectacular setting with large terrace overlooking Lago Maggiore with short drive to Stresa. Apartment was spotlessly clean and the communication with property manager Camilla prior to and during our stay was truly outstanding. She responds to messages almost instantly! Camilla will take care of any questions or issues you may have.

Well the only minor thing was the private jacuzzi on the terrace wasn't heating so couldn't be used.

This accomodation was absolutely stunning. We travel a lot and these stay was one of our best since years. It is worth it just for the view. It was very clean, lovely detailled and you had everything you needed. It is a multi-family house but we lived in peace and privacy on the terrace as well as at the pool. The communication for questions or recommendation was relly good. We would come back and reccomend this accomodation!
