FAV LUX Kagoshima Tenmonkan

The incredible view of Sakurajima was the highlight of our stay. The room was spacious, modern, and very quiet, which made everything feel relaxing and comfortable. Great selection of amenities and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy.

Amazing location, right above Tenmonkan street! Has easy access to transportation (by few minutes of walking). The sauna in the room is really good and relaxing after long days of traveling. The staff were nice and helpful all the time.

The room was a bit small for 2 people. Some of the lights and our safe didn't work well even when the staff tried to fix them. Except for that nothing bad to say.

屋上の見晴らしが最高。桜島がドーンと全部見える。そこの半屋外のレストランで朝食。美味しかった。案内係のおばちゃんも気が利く。

チェックインでタブレットに入力させられるのが面倒。なぜ客にやらせるのか。 エレベーターや入室はいちいち暗証番号が必要で非常に面倒。受付時のおねーちゃんが、歯ブラシなどのアメニティーの案内を忘れて入室して何も無いことにきがついた。

Dieses Hotel kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer das ich gebucht hatte, war wunderbar. Sehr groß, bestens ausgestattet, sehr sauber und das Personal war wirklich überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist modern gestaltet aber gut verständlich und wer Probleme beim self check in hat, bekommt sofort Hilfe. Die Lage des Hotels empfand ich als perfekt weil Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen sind. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
