省エネに徹底しているのはよいが、外国人観光客や老齢の方には優しくない設計。 鍵の開け方、チェックインアウトの方法など

出張にはちょうどいい感じがしました ルームキーの渡し方が大変珍しいかたちでした（今後のスタイルになるのですかね？？）

サウナがありますが、宿泊者はだれでも利用できると思っておりました ２名以上の利用で有料なのでその辺が残念でした

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung

Check in System und Liftbedienung funktioniert schlecht !

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage, Zimmer ausreichend groß. Sogar Tisch und zwei Stühle sind vorhanden. Waschmaschine im Waschraum und auch Wasser, Eismaschine und Getränkeautomat.

Betten etwas zu weich. Unangenehm, dass die Kllma-Anlage direktaufs Bett bläst, egal wie man sie einstellt. Derr Kühlschrank brummte auch sehr laut. Man musste zur Nacht den Stecker ziehen, um Ruhe zu haben

Fantastic room, so spacious and fab views of volcano. Modern hotel, with great location to ferry port and main train station. Lovely roof top with views of volcano.

清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。子連れで、4人で楽しく宿泊できました。朝食も美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。

エレベーターやドアのバーコードの読み込みがいまいちで、手間取った。

We had a sauna in our room, it was very cool, clean comfortable room, great views from rooftop restaurant and bar and in a great location.

You can’t message or call them if you need anything , you have to go up to the 13th floor and they don’t fill the coffee up daily.
