GBLivigno is a fantastic town and Casa Peri is in a perfect location. A great bar , BaRin, is within 100 meters and coffee and cakes within 50 meters at the Hotel Steinbock. The skiing is good and the lifts not too busy. Perfect ski resort.
We were a group of 9 and were situated on the ground and second floor, with the owner living on the floor between. We were very well behaved (the youngest was 17 so no screaming kids) but the owner asked us many times to keep the noise down. Also the apartments were very warm, and there didn't seem to be any thermostat or heating controls, so we had to leave the windows ajar at night. This then prompted the owner to ask us to close the windows - I imagine to save heating oil - although he spoke little English and us little Italian! The heating must be controlled by the owner as other reviews say the property is too cold.
BGThe house is located in the center of Livigno, many shops and restaurants are nearby, communication with the host was easy.
The heating was not good, maybe in the bathroom the radiators should be turned on for a longer time.
