Staff are caring and they help me to broke my bagage locker as I lost the key.

I went to the restaurant to have breakfast but it seemed that we should take the breakfast in the room itself. When I finish my breakfast in the restaurant, the lady request me for payment. I told them that I will not pay as it is included in my booking. Then they told me that they will check this internally and that as the restaurant is managed by another owner, this is why we should not take breakfast in the restaurant. I told them that I was not aware, and I want to alert you to inform guest in the future or to communicate with Centrale hotel to know what is happening. Second issue is my card did not go through during payment, I should look for cash to pay.

Very good value. It's in the center of Tana. Room was great. At night time outside, you have to be careful.

Could not even make coffee in the room, even though there was an electric kettle. When I opened the kettle, there were insects inside! The bed was not confortable and the towels not really clean. Was expecting buffet for breakfast but there was just a small plate with fruits and 2 pieces of bread!

The staff at reception were very friendly and professional.
