The elevator had some confusing handwritten messages. I had to ask the staff twice to come and explain to me why the card slot for activating the elevator did not work.

Breakfast offered at a nearby coffee shop and limited to two drinks and one croissant. Unmarked and unfavorable shampoo and body wash; no placeholder in shower Stahl to place them.
HRHotel is on great location, very clean and nice, close to the center of small and cute town. Breakfast is in the bar 30 m from hotel. Staff is very helpfull and nice!
Only one thing - enterance in parking garage is not good for lower cars, so before entering with car be carefull... However, there is free parking on street in the same street as hotel.
GBVery nice modern bathroom with a good shower. The town was not a tourist spot and felt very authentic.
Bed was not comfortable and the room was rather bleak. The lift did not work for getting luggage from underground car park to the room.

Everything was perfect, we also kind of enjoyed “typical Italian breakfast” in a little bakery behind the corner of the hotel
ILVery disappointment hotel. We were welcome by what I can only assume is a jive lady. She is not speaking any English at all. She explained many thing we couldn’t understand. Is took us 20 min in the middle of the night to find out the very side door to entrance the building (the main door was closed).
Not way to boil water for our little baby. Air-Conditioner was not working. It felt very unsafe staying there with our little kids. Not very clean.
CAAir conditioner was closed when we arrived the room was very hot and d toke 4 hour the room to cool off, the Safe was broken
