Superbly clean, two cute cats could come down if traveller requests, warm welcoming by owner, sufficient parking space, piano available, very beautiful building, reasonable price.

Very clean, modern house. Kazuko-san is an exceptional host, and her 2 cats are very cute. Her tour of the house is extremely comprehensive so you will not be in doubt about anything. She speaks English quite well.

As with any dense guesthouse of this type, there might be some noise when other people come and go, or use the facilities. You may need earplugs (they are provided).

The place is extremely clean, and the host is very friendly, and willing to share about lots of stuff!

This place was very cozy and beautiful. Near the college, but tucked back in a quiet corner. There was so much nice consideration put into everything. I especially loved having everyone's name on a board (I'm particularly bad with names), comfy slippers with your name on it, and the moto exchange!

Clean and comfortable, everything that was as promised. Nice and bright living area. 6 beds separated by wall and curtains. The host live in the building and make sure to welcome you and help as much as possible. She speaks very good English and was very kind. There is a view to the fields and you can see a little of the sea in the distance.

The location of the hostel is in the suburb of Niigata. It takes about 45 min to get to Niigata stations (12 min walk+30 min train). It’s better if you have a car and then it’s easier to explore the area.

Nice, clean and comfortable. The owner is a very helpful person.
