Bei Ankunft war das Haus und der Aussenbereich (inkl. Pool) in einem sehr unaufgeräumten, teilweise verdrecktem Zustand. Ein kurzer Kontakt mit dem Makler (Brhett) der für das Haus zuständig war hat gereicht, um alle Mängel am nächsten Tag zu beseitigen. Danach war der Aufenthalt ein Genuss. Bhrett war jederzeit für Tipps oder bei Anmerkungen zu erreichen. Auch als Vielreisender erlebt man selten so einen Top Service.

Der Zustand des Hauses und des Aussenbereichs inkl. Pool bei Eintreffen. Die Bilder bei Buchung stimmen teilweise nicht mit der realen Ausstattung überein.

The pool was dirty,some of the towels were dirty, the BBQ was dirty,the bed frames for 3 of the room they make noises when u turnover or move on the beds in the living room on the kitchen counter sits were broken and they were cockroaches all over the house the house it’s in real terrible conditions.

Location, on canal, layout. Good response from host.

Stained linen, blinds that don’t work, small of dope on arrival took two days to get rid of it. Kitchen not well equipped for 9 people example 8 forks no baking sheet . Dish washer didn’t always work, Had to kill large bugs in side POOL NOT HEATED “said it was, pool skimmer not working , no dresser in every bedroom including master suite No lounge chairs at all

It was very impressive, a special place that feels like a dream. A very beautiful house, very comfortable and has everything you need
