Nice place to stay, very helpful personel.

5ft floor with stairs only, not always hot water

The staffs was polite and kind ,the price this hotel in katmando was good

The glasses in the room was too dirty ,the cover of pillow was too old even it have hole,the shower was not hot and I couldn't take a shower ,my room in the first night was very dark ,no sun ,nobwindoes to the sun or beautiful place ,but in the second night ,they changed my room and it was good

Staff extremely helpful when booking trips/tours. Room as described.

Wifi regularly did not connect but other than this great stay!

Worst hotel I've been in my life: my room was really dirty, full of dust and full of cockroaches, not only in the bathroom but everywhere in the room. When I saw the cockroaches were getting inside my bags, I decided to leave as I couldn't stay in such a filthy place. Then only, the guy at the reception offered me another room (even if I had complained about the cockroaches before). The second room was better but still...it's a filthy place. I have travelled all around the world on a small budget and never saw anything like that. There are plenty of other hotels in the same price range in the area so it's not worth the money. The staff wasn't even nice. The old guy was trying hard to sell me his tours and was very pushy and annoying.

Very good service, all stuffs are very friendly, very polite and very helpful. A perfect place to chill and travelling around the city is easy from the location as well.
