"Very good"

Staff were great! Room was clean and comfortable. Stayed here a few times. Not a real busy area but wasn't far to walk to find lots of shops. Breakfast was good.

Location was perfect for me, motorcycle rental next door and a short walk away from Durbar Square

The property is in need of a refurbishment, the rooms are a little scruffy but reasonable value for money in Kathmandu Room at the front was very noisy at night

"Good location but minor issues need to be spruced up."

Price was decent.

I complained twice for Hot Water not being available, but no action was taken. Was told to keep left side tap ON for 2 to 3 minutes and HOT WATER would come, but even after 5 minutes , NO HOT WATER. Credit Card payment was charged 3.5% extra - absolutely ridiculous.
