LKThis was to date the most dissatisfying booking I have made. The profile photos were downright deceiving and the owner has not cleaned the apartment for sometime. I could see cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. There is one good thing about the property that is the location.
Photos shown did not tally with reality. Hot water kettle took ages to heat up. Air conditioner in the living room did not cool. Flatscreen did not have a proper reception.

1. Damned living wall with poor condition of the sofa black chair. 2. Pantry/Kitchen lighting wasn’t working despite the owner promised to change but never turn up until checked out. Have to stay for the entire period in a poor lighting condition. Dinner time wasn’t comfy at all. 3. Only 2 dinking cups available with one of them cannot be used due to cracked. (White colour cup). 4. Four dining chairs available, but two of them were in poor condition. Sinked when we sit on them. I was shocked and surprised first time I sat on them. I almost fell off from the chair. 5. Pictures in the website were not showing the actual facilities on site. ( Dining table and chairs and the sofa chair in the living room)

MYIt is clean and comfortable. We were provided all the amenities we might need as well. The location is super ideal for our trip as we came to jakarta for shopping n it is within walking distance to Thamrin city, Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. It is also close to several food places with convenience store n restaurant below the property itself. It was also easy to communicate w owner as they gave us real clear instructions for check in and fast responses. Thank you for letting us stay in your place.
