The hotel was very good overall: the rooms were clean and spotless, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. I truly enjoyed the comfort and the quality of the stay.

I was a bit disappointed that my birthday, which I mentioned during booking, wasn’t acknowledged on the day itself. The staff only mentioned it at check-out the next day, which felt a bit late. While special treatment isn't expected, a small timely gesture would have made the stay feel more personal.
