Excellent property in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the royal crescent and a 15 minute walk into central bath. The property appears quite small in the photos but there’s plenty of space for two and I’d assume so for four too. During our stay it got to -3 and we weren’t cold at all, the place is very warm. Dan was very quick to respond with any questions which is a bonus. Well priced compared to other properties and in a great location, I’d definitely stay again.

The parking space is small but a hatchback would fit-my estate was too big. Not an issue though as I was able to park my car in the courtyard with plenty of space for other residents cars to get in and out. Just something to bare in mind

Location was good and quiet and beds were comfortable. Wifi and TV good. Plenty of hot water, heating adequate.

Rooms very small and parking was tight. Property poorly maintained, bad condensation, rotting windows, squeaking door hinges, patches of damp etc. Kitchen tiny couldn’t work the oven and no ice in fridge for drinks. Sofa and toilet v low and shower dangerous, needs mat.

We had a fantastic experience with Dan. Communication was seamless and prompt both before and during our stay, and Dan was more than willing to accommodate our additional requests. The off-street parking was a big plus for a city location; we parked on Thursday evening and didn’t need the car again until our departure. The walk into the heart of Bath was lovely, with charming shops, stunning architecture, and iconic landmarks along the way. The kitchen, while compact, was perfectly equipped for our group of four. We enjoyed two dinners in and found everything we needed for meal prep. The living area offered a comfortable sofa and beanbag, making it a cozy space to unwind. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the large bath towels provided—a thoughtful touch, as towels can sometimes be on the smaller side in rentals. The apartment was also stocked with plenty of tea, coffee, and condiments, and the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice welcoming gesture. Located near a beautiful park, we enjoyed having such a pleasant green space nearby. All in all, we give this apartment a solid 10/10. A huge thank you to Dan for a memorable stay!

Nothing negative to report

Nice clean property close to Royal Crescent, wife and I stayed with two teen daughters and our little dog and had plenty of room, bedding and towels all high quality and clean. I had mishap one day with the key and owner was outstanding in helping us to get back in with short notice, very much appreciated.

Excellent host, Dan, went out of his way to accommodate us in an even better apartment, when the first one needed some maintenance work done. Both properties were well provisioned for guests

Nothing, except needing to be a bit fitter to handle the hills of Bath around the original flat!

We loved everything about the property. Location was exactly what we were looking for, just a short stroll into the centre. The information booklet was excellent and the communication at all points was great. Everything you need is included, from WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Prime to all cooking facilities you may need. Next time we go to Bath, we will definitely stay here but I expect it will be booked up very quickly in future.
