La localisation est pratique. L'appartement est propre, mais pas de sucre, café, poivre,...

Logement très chaud, avec climatisation, au-dessus d'un restaurant avec conduit d'évacuation des cuisines très bruyant, passant le long des 2 fenêtres de la chambre, ne s'éteint qu'à 2h30 du matin... Boules quies recommandées. Serrure un peu compliquée, identification du logement, à améliorer. Attention beaucoup d'avis Fake, surface du logement mensongère, après mesures 35 m2, rien d'exceptionnel...

Emplacement parfait, quartier très tranquille le soir, a la porte du bus 28. Literie très confortable, tout le nécessaire y est.

Une douche encore plus exiguë que dans un mobil-home, dommage ça gâche un peu car vraiment pas pratique du tout....
