Very close to the airport. Maps shows you 30min walking, but sou can easily go through the forrest, it takes you 10min walk. Dont do navigation and just look at the map.

Complètement isolé, très très difficile à trouver, aucun chauffeur de taxi ne connaissait... Aucun nom indiquant l'hôtel.... La veille du départ impossible de joindre la navette, personne pour nous renseigner. Pas d'interrupteur dans la chambre, il fallait éteindre dans le couloir et ensuite rentrer dans le noir pour accéder aux lits.... Chambre glaciale à notre arrivée, nous avons dû nous occuper de mettre le chauffage en route. Je ne conseille vraiment pas cet "hôtel"

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent stay booked through your platform and to request a refund due to the unacceptable conditions we experienced. We had chosen this accommodation expecting a pleasant local stay; however, the experience fell far short of reasonable expectations. Upon arrival, the first issue we encountered was the complete lack of clear signage for the property, which made it unnecessarily difficult to locate. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of the problems. The most significant issue was the party room located next door to our accommodation. Throughout the night there was excessive and uncontrolled noise, including loud music, constant door slamming, and shouting. The disturbance was severe enough that it made it impossible to sleep. In addition, the shared facilities were not properly maintained. The toilets were blocked and there was no toilet paper available, which added to the overall poor experience. While the room itself appeared tidy, the level of disruption and the condition of the facilities meant that our stay was not comfortable or restful. As a result, we had no choice but to leave earlier than planned. As someone who travels regularly for work and frequently uses booking platforms for accommodation, I found this experience extremely disappointing. Based on the issues encountered, I do not feel the stay met the standard that should reasonably be expected from a property listed on your platform. Given the circumstances, I would appreciate your assistance in arranging an appropriate refund for this booking.
