Posizione ottima. Casa molto spaziosa immersa nel verde con vista spettacolare, ci si sta comodamente in sei persone data anche la presenza di due bagni.

Molte parti della casa hanno bisogno di manutenzione: il frigo e freezer, la porta finestra della veranda, il divano letto è molto scomodo perché sfondato, gli sdrai del giardino sono rotti. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale è assolutamente da cambiare. Servirebbe anche una soluzione per le formiche.
