a business hotel which is very modren. The rooms are very large and the breakfast was excellent.

地下鉄オイベク駅まで徒歩圏内。ツインルームだが予想外に広々した室内で清潔。大きなソファもあり快適に過ごした。

シャワールームを使用後、同室のトイレの床まで水がまわっており、バスタオルを敷いて乾くのを待った。幸い朝には平気になっていたが。

Spacious and well-appointed room. Super comfortable. Room looked out onto some evergreen trees, which made for a peaceful feeling after a long journey. Very modern, which I like, but much nicer than a standard business-grade hotel. Great location, which is more human-scale than the absolute center of the modern city (Amir Timur Sq, where the big American chain hotels are). Not far from the leafy neighborhood of the Museum of Applied Arts and the embassies, as well as the Mirabod neighborhood, which has great places to eat. About 10-15 mins walk to the very cool Kosmonavtlar metro station, which gets you to the center in one or two stops. If you want to eat in-house, the restaurant is good and uncrowded, at least when I went, with an excellent wait person. Did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Some of the reception staff had better hospitality skills than others (one was truly fantastic, another much less so). Because the aircon is powered by your room key, there is no aircon when you're out, which is fine by me. To prevent the room from heating up during the day when I was out, I deliberately closed the heavy drapes. But the daily cleaning staff would leave the heavy drapes open, and also open the window, which was not a good idea in 90+ degree weather. If you need laundry done, be aware that the same-day promise that's made on the sheet you fill out is not guaranteed, but they did kindly get it back by the following morning. Management should change the info on the sheet.
