Host were most welcoming , rooms and facilities were excellent

Very Clean. Very friendly host. You could tell a lot of effort went into making a nice environment. Modern bathroom. Nice breakfast. Close to airport transport from Busto Arsizio NORD.

I was on 1st floor. When guests in room above mine returned to their room @1.30am, the floors creaked so much and were not soundproofed or carpeted that it was very loud right over my head. This woke me up & kept me awake until they had fallen asleep...and even then, I could hear them snoring. Also...far too many perfume diffusers (3 large one in common areas + 1 in my room.) It was overwhelming. I got very little sleep before my morning flight.

Comfortable and smart, friendly owner. I was travelling to the airport for an early flight so this was a very convenient location, not far from the station. Excellent bar nearby for aperitivo. Usual Italian breakfast include. The owner kindly put a beer in the fridge for me.

It was very comfortable place to stay for night before flight from Malpensa airport. It is 15 minutes walk from train station and train take us straight to T1 or T2 on Malpensa Airport. Host was very friendly and good in comunication. We arrived just before 10PM and host quickly introduced us to our accomodation. It was very nice touch that he left 2 cold beer in the fridge left. We were leaving early morning and we had plenty of little biscuits snacks, cakes, jam, coffee, oranges, granola. Perfect to make quick italian breakfest.
