The host was lovely, it was clean.

Loved the cat decor, very cosy and warm with the heating on. Perfect location for a nearby wedding (curds hall barn). Absolutely spotless. All necessities covered. Host responsive and helpful. Wished we’d stayed longer!

The parking is communal which meant after working a 14 hour shift we couldn’t get parked due to people taking up 2 spaces and a moped parked in front of a space. As we were in our van we always pick somewhere with parking so we know we are a bit safer. We had to park on double yellows unfortunately as it’s all like that round the property (not the hosts fault obviously) It was very cold when we arrived. If possible I would put the heating on low or before people are due Need new towels

Great location. Parking space a bonus. Very clean. Well looked after. Comfortable bed.

The loo took ages to run in. Couldn't run enough water for a bath.

ForensicalIy clean and comfortable. Free and private parking. 3 minutes walk from the centre of town, local shops and at least 3 superstores..

Extremely well kitted out especially the kitchen very clean felt at home

No Pint glasses for beer or bottle opener Kitchen could have done with a hand towel

Excellent location for the town, excellent facilities, even had fresh milk on arrival, a lovely touch, thank you.

Taps were too close to sink edge in bathroom, couldn’t easily wash hands. Not a problem, just my opinion.

The location was perfect for us. We were staying in Swaffham for a wedding & we were only a minute walk from the town centre.
