The experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend this place to anyone. We booked but upon arrival we discovered that there was indeed no room available after we had paid for a night's stay.

Security. Room size was more accommodating.

Shower door broken. Only one towel provided.

We were able to change rooms. The guy is friendly. Great yard, ample space for parking. Receptionist opened the gate fast as we arrived very late. So safety is considered. Thank you.

Your towels, oh no. Moffat owner, please note when we book it's not because we don't have houses it's because at that area we need a place to sleep and prepare for tomorrow. The old towel that was in my room was an insult. It's a towel I use for my dog. I had to go request towels, and the guy was resisting, giving me 2x bath towels. As if I booked for one. On arrival around 20h00, there was no hot water, again in the morning. We had to walk to other rooms to shower. Also, as a continuous improvement, do check your remotes. These little things can irritate a guest. Also look at changing your bedding, that's for grannies Moffat, we are in 2024.
