Sauberkeit im Gym

Not much. Just the fact that we needed a room for 3 adults and we called and they had one available!

It was not clean at all. The building was poorly built that you could hear the tenants above you walking all night long! The a/c didn’t work very good and the room was hot. The so called breakfast was individually wrapped muffins, fiber bars, bananas & oranges!

I liked the night clerk. She was very kind and helpful.

The smell in the room was horrific. The temperature was way too warm. I was double charged and then told it would take 5 business days to show back up on my card.

Location was great for Bellingrath Gardens

Rooms were not ready at guaranteed time.

A very unprofessional staff and room had dirty dishes on it and We didn’t get the room we reserved and they tried charging our card twice after we paid .

The staff rude and unprofessional people who were not guest in the lobby and in the back smoking with front desk staff. Dishwasher was broken in room and they knew it and dirty dishes in it. Tried charging my card several times after we paid. And the room reserved was not the room we got and then we were told the room they would try to put us in had a water leak so We just stayed in that room.

Every thing was great.

the only thing is the bleach they used to clean with. It was very strong

Location was close to I10 for easy access. Facility was clean and staff was polite

The cleaning staff was amazing

They didn’t have our room ready so they put us in another room which key wouldn’t open. They were going to move us to another room when it was ready. They then sold the other room and we had to go back into the room that our key wouldn’t open. They had to every time we left the room. We finally got a key that worked on Saturday evening. Said they would give us a discount but didn’t.
