Location was a bit weird, but 10mins walk to the centre of Split, so good for visiting

Smoke smell - the building and room smelt of smoke. It seemed to be coming in from the air conditioning, but it was totally overpowering. The windows do not open, so your option was to have a stuffy room or a cold smoke smelling room.

Great location, nearby the old town, the beach and supermarkets. Great aircon in the heat of the summer. Lovely bathroom and nice terrace. Great food pub above the hotel.

There was a constant heavy cigarette smell in the building and room, which made our clothes smell too. There was no view from the window, as you see a milk film only when opening the curtains. To get to the hotel you approach a sort of shopping complex that has a really rundown feel, glass and tiles shattered across the entire stair square. Limited face-to-face availability of receptionist. These things are painful for the amount paid.

Ivan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help my girlfriend and I enjoy our stay.
