Das Einzige was zu bemängeln ist der Check in nach 21h. Könnte transparenter sein. Die Anzahl der Mails vorab verwirrt nur. Eine würde reichen mit Zimmer Nummer und Code für Haupteingang und Zimmer. Ansonsten top.
