The owner is very friendly and helpfull. The stove did not work properly, when i told him, he brought me new one the next day! the location is perfect, you are just in front of the beach, on the balcony is very quiet, you only hear the waves,so calming. pd is also not to far away, if you have a car. Me i did walk often to pd along the beach, low tide only, took about 30 min. so if ever i come back to malaysia, then only to ZNZ, and for a looong time😉 but only when the negatve points are deleted...

The appartment needs a good renovation. The bathoom needs a long cleaning session and the kitchen cabinet are best to removed completely, they are dirty and smell of mold. Also the fridge is dirty and will die soon... it is such a beautiful place, please take care of it...
